AYISHA IRFAN  is a public policy professional with 15+ years of experience in legislative advocacy, policy analysis and tech. She has worked across the public and private sector and led equity oriented issue-based campaigns spanning education, immigration, policing, and tech policy.

As a Product Strategy Manager at Google, she works with product executives to develop and implement product and data policy strategy in response to global data governance regulations impacting Google products, including Google Search, Ads, and Maps among other products.

In addition to her policy work Ayisha also consults F500 companies on diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices, and is the co-founder of the Muslim Writers Collective, a 501c3 dedicated to that empowering Muslim voices through storytelling, and has been credited by Vice as a 'space for young Muslims to honor their humanity".

She holds a master's degree in Policy and Applied Statistics from New York University and a bachelor's degree in Biology from Brooklyn College.
